What it is:
Once a month, we gather to keep the area around our school clean. We’ve partnered with Keeping Tampa Bay Beautiful to adopt our streets.
Typically, we cover the perimeter of the school on Mango, Lois, Manhattan, and Rembrandt. If time and volunteer numbers allow, we’ll clean further into our feeder streets.
What to expect:
It can be hot and buggy! We advise wearing comfortable, close-toed shoes, and bringing insect repellant, sunscreen, and water.
An adult chaperone will be there to sign students in and out and give out assignments. We provide buckets, trashbags, gloves, and grabbers for volunteers. If desired, we have safety vests as well.
